3D Animation for Games
Short Semester

For this Module, we were given a free rigged character from oyvind in HighEnd3D

The task is to animate 12 basic animation for games with and without weapon ;
  1. Idle
  2. Walk
  3. Run
  4. Attack
  5. Block
  6. Death
and an Exercise, where we have to  make ;

Dope Sheet Test
  • Dope sheet primary function is basically to control the animation part easily, rather adjusting it manually from the frames in time slider
  • It can be used to adjust the speed of the animation too
Parent Constrain
  • Parenting a model from one to another using the parenting tool
  • This can be used to on / off the parenting in your animation models
Facial Expression with Audio

  • In this Exercise, audio and sync it with the facial expression using the trax editor
  • Making audio with the animation really brings up the feeling when it comes to animation
Trax Editor Utilization
  • Trax Editor can be used for transferring an animation to another 3d model
  • or even combining several animations into one animation of 3d model

With and Without Weapon Submission (Polished)

However, we were required to compile all animations into one single maya file, but somehow my maya just seem to not able to do that, as it keeps on crashing whenever i try to compile more than 2 animation in it.
